Please note that these codes apply to Conference and Tutorial sessions from Monday morning through Thursday afternoon, with the option to add the Two-Day Seminars for an additional cost. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by November 15, 2024, will be fully refunded. Cancellations on or after November 16, 2024, will not be entitled to a refund but can receive credit to a future event through the end of 2025. To cancel your registration, please email registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

In the unlikely circumstance that DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason beyond our control on or after November 16, 2024, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered that may be used for future in-person or digital events or digital training through 2025.

NEW for 2024: AI Governance Conference

One exciting new addition to this year's DGIQ East is the AI Governance Conference (AIGov), a new in-person event focused on providing thought leadership and best practices for the critically important emerging areas of AI Governance. Taking place alongside DGIQ, participation in AIGov will provide access to all DGIQ sessions (for your dates of attendance), and vice versa.

Wednesday Afternoon Program: Women in Data Management and Governance

We at DATAVERSITY have noticed a dramatic increase in women becoming data practitioners over the years. To understand how we can better support this growing demographic, we held Special Interest Groups at 2023's EDW and DGIQ East and conducted a half-day program at March 2024's EDW (in Orlando, Florida). We've continued building education, networking, and training opportunities around this and are excited to be producing our second Women in Data Management and Governance (WDMG) program at December's DGIQ East + AIGov!

This program, taking place Wednesday at 2:00pm, is included in your registration, and all Wednesday attendees are welcome to attend.

NOTE: The 6:30pm dinner following this program is not included but can be added for a separate fee of $75. To join the WDMG dinner, please select the appropriate add-on during the registration process.

DVTC Essential Subscription Included w/All In-Person Registrations

All in-person registrants* receive access to DATAVERSITY Training Center's Essential Subscription for one year, which includes any sessions recorded at DGIQ 2024 East + AIGov and previous face-to-face conference presentations + webinars, podcast episodes, product demos, case studies, and online conferences, as well as the complete catalog of “What Is…” on-demand courses, and all related insider content.

Essential Subscription access will be shared via email approximately 2 weeks after the event, with DGIQ 2024 East + AIGov videos becoming available approximately 4 weeks after the event. Videos include most Conference Sessions, Keynotes, and Product Sessions (they do not include Monday Tutorials, Thursday Workshops, or Thursday-Friday Seminars).

Session Handouts Included w/All In-Person Registrations

All in-person registrants* receive electronic access to any DGIQ East + AIGov session slide decks received via a handouts page shared with attendees 2 weeks before the conference (with the exception of Thursday-Friday Seminars, which are not posted to the handouts page).

Speaker Replacement or Cancellation

Please understand that agenda adjustments may occur due to changes in the availability of speakers, especially with evolving COVID-19 conditions and travel limitations. If a speaker must cancel their participation, DATAVERSITY will make every possible attempt to find a replacement on the same or similar topic. Alternatively, if the speaker is scheduled to make a conference presentation but is unable to travel due to prevailing COVID-19 conditions, we may attempt to conduct that presentation remotely. All agenda adjustments will be published at the earliest possible opportunity.
