 structure and enterprise tools. AI is likely being proposed as the next big

 t also comes with many risks. There are concerns about data privacy, securi
 ty and a host of ethical issues ranging from algorithmic bias to the automa
 tion of jobs. If you don’t have a plan for the responsible implementa
 tion of AI, you are inviting problems that could include reputational damag
 e, loss of customer trust, financial impacts, and legal repercussions.\n\nH
 ow can your organization lay the foundation to safely, successfully, and re
 sponsibly operationalize AI?\n\nIn this workshop, Katrina Ingram will share
  a framework she developed that offers a step by step pathway to responsibl
 e AI built around 4 C’s - context, culture, content and commitment.\n

 Context refers to the internal and external factors that will impact your R
 esponsible AI program, from regulation to business practices to your organi
 zational vision, mission, and values.\n
 Culture is about people and governance structures needed for Responsible AI
 , including diverse, stakeholder engagement.\n
 Content focus on AI systems and getting specific about assessing risks rela
 ted to the development and deployment of the technology.\n
 Commitment acknowledges that this work is ongoing. AI systems require const
 ant monitoring and oversight which entails building organizational capacity
  to do this work over the long term.\n\nThis session weaves theory with pra
 ctical guidance, explores real-world examples, and offers ample opportuniti
 es for participation. You’ll "learn by doing" through case 
 studies, games, and interactive exercises.\n\n
